Images may be used in another site on a private area of this site?
My pictures are my pictures, self-ownership. Biz A, in this case, a premier provider of my products, I wonder if you can provide pictures of my best products for use in a "new project" to be on their website. I imagine a shopping cart or the new brand image. But I find that the portal will be a private area to "select customers" only. Seems to exclude me, since I am not a customer. Although they allowed the use of my images and assuming that will be displayed in public areas-can display my products in a private portal can not inspect regularly? Do I provide access or allow me to see proof of design and design? I can study a bit of law commercial in my spare time, but have only covered business / assets of the company, not the grain of the properties of the data and things like the use of copyrighted materials however.
I am not a lawyer or what, but from my understanding. – They are allowed to use the images wherever they want, and who gave them permission, unless: – - You specified I had to be shown in public areas and not private or restricted areas and / or – - You specified that you must have access to any page that displays images at. My advice would be go see a lawyer who deals with this issue for counseling. Take everything you have related to images and the permission you gave. They should be able to give better advice you will find here. I doubt any lawyer would come here and respond, as they can not get paid for their advice:)
