• Maybe you guys should have stocked oars to paddle the boat!! then you could have burned some calories in addition to sweating them out......if it's any consolation - the Eastern coast of the US and most of Europe has had nothing but cold, dreary rainy days for almost 2 weeks with no end in sight.

• you guys continue to amaze us with your perserverence. i was in paris all last week without a functioning blackberry and felt alone, so i imagine weeks at sea without a working computer for even a few moments would be isolating.....i met a doctor from south africa while on my paris trip, same great accent! wishing the whole crew a safe and speedy arrival.

• Hi Lenjohn & Peter, are you guys not bringing the 40 up to the UK anymore? Jason and I have been working on a calendar of races and charters, to keep the boat busy and earning - whilst we thought you were at sea. We have crew and funding, dockage etc lined up for the season and Fastnet - but it's all going to be in vain if we have no boat!? Can you please get in touch and let us know what your plan is.
